Pending Regulations
The Panel has filed two regulatory actions with the Office of Administrative Law: 1) proposed amendment of existing Section 4410 and 2) proposed repeal of existing Section 4410.5 in Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR). Both of these regulations are on the subject of Substantial Contributions. The proposed amendment was revised in response to public comments. The effective date for both actions will be July 1, 2008.
