Amber Luiz Joins ETP as Assistant Director

We are pleased to announce that Amber Luiz has been appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger as ETP's Assistant Director, serving as the Small Business Liaison and coordinating ETP's external affairs.

Most recently, Amber served as Chief Deputy Director of Scheduling for Governor Schwarzenegger, and prior to that, she was a supervisor in the Constituent Affairs Department, where she focused on the labor and workforce, Health & Human Services and education portfolios. Her education is in public relations and international marketing.
