Who Can Apply: Applicants who are currently serving in the Associate Programmer Analyst classification, on a current Open or departmental promotional list to that classification, or who may be eligible to lateral transfer may apply. This position is subject to Surplus/SROA and reemployment policies.

Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Data Processing Manager II, incumbent will perform general programming duties for the Employment Training Panel's Information Technology Unit (ITU). ITU is responsible for the planning, implementation and on-going support of the information technology projects and activities for the Employment Training Panel.

40% Under the general direction of the Data Processing Manager plan and develop programs using high level database languages (Fiscal FoxPro 8.0) to support the Employment Training Panels Management Information Systems. Develop Ad Hoc reports for both internal and external ETP customers. Develop specialized reports for ETP Executive Staff and ETP Panel members on an ongoing basis.

40% Under the general direction of the Data Processing Manager plan and develop Internet and Intranet applications using HTML and Coldfusion programming Languages. Provide ongoing technical support to our external customers using various 3rd party software applications including but not limited to WebEx.

15% Develop technical programmer documentation. Develop and maintain user documentation. Provide ongoing technical support for various programs supported buy the Information Technology Unit. Perform Analyst of the Day duties on a routine basis

5% Other duties as required.
