ETP's Definition of Green/Clean

"Green/Clean" through ETP:

Is a business practice to conserve the natural environment and resources through processes that reduce or eliminate emissions and/or wastes; processes that conserve energy sources; and/or processes that generate energy.

Examples of activity or services:

• Generating, producing, storing clean energy;
• Recycling existing materials; (not including bins for recyclable paper...)
• Energy efficient, product manufacturing, distribution, construction, installation, and maintenance;
• Natural and sustainable product manufacturing;
• Preventing, reducing, mitigating, cleaning up environmental degradation;
• Providing education, consulting, policy promotion, accreditation, trading and offsets, compliance and awareness or similar services supporting any of the above.
