The information obtained from this Preliminary Application is intended for eligibility purposes only. If your company or entity is determined eligible, additional information will be required to develop an ETP Agreement.
Only completed Preliminary Applications may be submitted for consideration. If you are unable to answer a question at this time you may save your Preliminary Application, and complete it at a later time. You can return to your Preliminary Application records at any time.
Once you have submitted the Preliminary Application, you will receive a confirmation email, and Reference number for tracking purposes. If you have any questions, you may contact the Application Review Unit at (916) 327-5466
